Darrell V. Park

Darrell V. Park, 84, of Hares Valley Road, Mapleton Depot, PA, died Thursday, August 11, 2022 at his home.

Born November 9, 1937 in Cass Twp., Huntingdon Co., PA, he was a son of the late Harold and Margaret (Querry) Park. He was united in marriage to the former M. JoAnn Baker on February 13, 1957 at Cassville, PA. Mrs. Park survives at their home.

He is also survived by three children, Terri Endres and husband Dale, Brian Park and wife Joyce and Jodi Wagner and husband Casey, all of Mapleton Depot, PA, nine grandchildren, Seth Cramer, Dustin Cramer, Jamie Low, Nicole Watkin, Megan Wagner, Brendan Wagner, Sherman Williams, Adam Williams and Steven Park, a number of great grandchildren and one sister, Vickie Steel of Mapleton Depot. He was preceded in death by two sons, Michael Cramer and Steven Park, who died in infancy, and one brother, Dale Park. 

Mr. Park enjoyed watching NASCAR, racing locally and taking part in various car shows in the area.

He was employed as a warehouse superintendent at Fleming Foods, Inc., Huntingdon, PA and after that he was a self employed hauler in the logging industry.

Private graveside services will be held at Bowman’s Chapel Cemetery, Mapleton Depot, PA at the convenience of the family.
