Dorothea D. Williamson, 72, of Garlock Road, Mapleton, PA died Tuesday, February 9, 2021 at Penn Highlands Huntingdon, Huntingdon, PA.
Born on April 16, 1948 in Cass Township, PA, she was the daughter of the late Seibert and Mary (Shives) Garlock. She was united in marriage to Robert S. Williamson in 1965 in Orbisonia, PA. Mr. Williamson survives at home.
Mrs. Williamson is survived by children Sonny Williamson and wife Lisa of Mapleton, PA, Wendy Middaugh and husband Johnny of Shade Gap, PA, Edward Williamson and companion Bobbie Jo Rogers of Three Springs, PA, Debra Baumgardner of Cedar Crest, PA, Timothy Williamson of Mapleton, PA, Treena Williamson of Rockhill Furnace, PA and Michelle Smith and husband Brian of Three Springs, PA. Several grandchildren and great-grandchildren also survive.
Siblings Pearl Erby of Huntingdon, PA, Rob Garlock of Three Springs, PA, Barb McCartney of Cornprobst Mills, PA and Allen Garlock of Mapleton, PA also survive.
She was preceded in death by infant daughter Elizabeth Mary Williamson, grandson Nathan J. Bush, son-in-law James Bush I and siblings William Garlock, Terry Garlock, Ronnie Garlock and Jim Garlock.
During her lifetime, she was a homemaker who enjoyed gardening, ceramics, yard sales, shopping and spending time with family and friends.
A graveside service will be held at 11:00 AM, Saturday, February 13, 2021 at Bowman’s Chapel Cemetery, Mapleton, PA with Rev. David Ford officiating.
