Gerald C. Endres

Gerald C. Endres, 91, formerly of Mapleton Depot, PA and more recently a resident of Locust Grove Retirement Village, Mifflin, PA, passed away on Sunday, August 30, 2026.

Born on December 31, 1934 in Cass Township, Huntingdon County, PA, he was the son of the late Sam and Mildred (Harbaugh) Endres.  He was united in marriage to Helen D. Smith on June 9, 1954.  Mrs. Endres survives of Locust Grove Retirement Village, Mifflin, PA.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by sons Dale Endres and wife Terri, Mapleton Depot, PA, Dean Endres and wife Lynda, Shirleysburg, PA and Michael Endres and wife Rushele, Lewisberry, PA.  Several grandchildren, great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild also survive.

Mr. Endres retired from Owens-Corning Fiberglas, where he was employed as a mechanic.  In his spare time, he loved hunting, fishing and golfing.

Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.
