H. Louisa Bowser, 73, of Westminster Woods and formerly of Colfax, died on Monday, August 31, 2020 at Westminster Woods, Huntingdon, PA.
Born on June 11, 1947, she was the daughter of the late Albert and Alice (Baker) Swope.
Ms. Bowser is survived by daughter Elana Clapper and husband Wesley, of James Creek, PA and son Christopher Bowser of Vanceboro, NC. Also surviving are grandchildren Hunter, Patrick, Wyatt, Emma and Parker.
She was a lifelong member of the Calvin United Methodist Church, Calvin, PA.
Ms. Bowser was employed in various positions for 40 years at J.C. Blair Memorial Hospital, Huntingdon, PA.
During her lifetime, she loved her home, her cat, sitting on her swing in the backyard and especially her family and grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held at 2:00 PM on Wednesday, September 2, 2020 at the Trough Creek Valley Baptist Cemetery, RD, Calvin, PA with Pastor Doug Satterlee officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Hope in the Valley United Methodist Church, 268 Maple Street, Cassville, PA 16623.
