M. JoAnn Park, 91, of Hares Valley Road, Mapleton, PA, died Wednesday, December 10, 2025 at Hershey Medical Center, Hershey, PA.
Born November 23, 1934 at Huntingdon, PA, she was a daughter of the late J. Howard Baker and was raised by her mother and stepfather, Elsie (Gray) Benson and Harry “Sparky” Benson.
She was united in marriage to Darrell V. Park on February 13, 1957 at Cassville, PA. Mr. Park preceded in death on August 11, 2022.
She is survived by three children, Terri Endres and husband Dale, Brian Park and wife Joyce and Jodi Wagner and husband Casey, all of Mapleton. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, Seth Cramer, Dustin Cramer, Jamie Low, Nicole Watkin, Megan Lyons, Brendan Wagner, Sherman Williams, Adam Williams and Steven Park, nineteen great grandchildren, Austin Cramer, Alexis Cramer, Charisma Cramer, Breckin Cramer, Addie Cramer, Theoren Cramer, Rhett Cramer, Gabriella Cramer, Piper Cramer, Penelope Cramer, Paige Fisher, Marissa Low, Haylee Watkin, Kamryn Watkin, Elsie Lyons, Lily Williams, Payton Williams, Landon Williams and Blayke Lyons and two great great grandchildren, Quinn Cramer and Sutton Fisher. She was preceded in death by two sons, Michael Cramer and Steven Park, who died in infancy, and three sisters, Carol “Jackie” Householder, Alexis Kauffman and Sandy Bumgardner.
Mrs. Park was a member of Beech Run Church of the Brethren, Mapleton, PA.
She was a 1952 graduate of Huntingdon Area High School and during her life she was primarily a homemaker.
She loved all animals, especially dogs, and hoped to meet all of them at the “Rainbow Bridge”.
Private graveside services will be held at Bowman’s Chapel Cemetery, Mapleton, PA at the convenience of the family.
