John R. Black, Jr.

John R. Black, Jr., 73, a resident of the Ebensburg Center, Ebensburg, PA, died Tuesday, March 11, 2025 at Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center, Johnstown, PA.

Born June 13, 1951 at Lewistown, PA, he was a son of the late John R., Sr., and Marian (Chilcote) Black. 

He is survived by two sisters, Dena Baker and Sandra Baker, both of John Bum Road, Huntingdon, PA.

He was of the protestant faith.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM, Saturday, March 15, 2025 at the Robert I. McClain Funeral Home, 245 Seminary St., Cassville, PA with Rev. David Ford officiating. Interment will be made privately at Trough Creek Valley Baptist Cemetery, Calvin, PA. Friends may call at the funeral home one hour prior to the service on Saturday.
