Judy Ann (Rinker) Young

Judy Ann Young, 77, Sugar Run Road, Todd, PA died at 1:30 AM, Saturday, February 8, 2020 at Presbyterian Hospital, Pittsburgh, PA.

Born July 16, 1942 at Huntingdon, PA, she was the daughter of the late Ralph and Blanche (McCall) Rinker.  She was married to Gary L. Young on February 16, 1963. Mr. Young preceded in death on June 7, 2002.

A daughter Lisa Ann Smith and husband Clair survive of Todd.  A son Donald Brian Young preceded in death.

There are four grandchildren: Kaitlyn Strauss, Trenton Clark, Patrick Young and Sarah Young along with four great grandchildren: Micah Strauss, Henry Young, Evelyn Young and Charlie Young.

Two brothers Larry Rinker, McConnellstown, PA and Roger Rinker, Huntingdon also survive.  A brother Max Rinker is deceased.

Mrs. Young was a member of the Trough Creek Valley Community Church, Broad Top, PA.

For many years, she assisted her husband with the operation of Young’s Engineering and Surveying.  She was also a homemaker and devoted grandmother.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM, Wednesday, February 12, 2020 at the Trough Creek Valley Community Church, 19802 Sugar Run Road, Broad Top, PA with Pastor Tim Martin officiating. Interment will be at the Trough Creek Cemetery, Todd, PA.

Friends may call at the church one hour prior to the service on Wednesday.
